Dr Roberts made me feel seen in this appointment. At the beginning he explained the two outcomes that might be possible by the end of the appointment. He asked questions and listened fully to all of my responses. When the internet cut out a little bit, he asked me to repeat what I said to ensure it he heard everything. He was very kind and caring and understanding towards my situation. I would recommend him to anyone in a similar situation and looking for more understanding of their autistic traits. Following this appointment a huge weight has been lifted and I finally feel understood.

I cannot recommend Dr Owen Roberts enough. He went out of his way to take the stress and worry out of arranging appointments and filling in documents. I was seen in a timely manner, much quicker than anticipated and it was really easy to set up my appointments. During my assessment over Zoom, Dr Roberts really put me at ease (it's quite nerve wracking being on Zoom when you're not used to it). I felt that he truly listened to me and wanted to understand me, even though mine was an end of day appointment and he must have seen so many other patients during that day. I didnt feel rushed and my diagnosis almost felt like a chat and joint decision rather than being assessed and judged (of course I was being assessed but Dr Roberts did this in a very informal way). I was offered follow up appointments if necessary and advised of what to do if there was any change to my circumstances. Thank you so much Dr Roberts

Dr Roberts was friendly and professional, which put me at ease straight away. I found him to be very personable and helpful. Any questions or concerns I had were answered with clarity and reassurance. When talking to Dr Roberts I felt comfortable and understood.

I was extremely apprehensive for this appointment, but Dr Roberts made me feel comfortable by explaining exactly how it would proceed. He was professional while still exuding warmth and respect. I felt listened to and that my experiences were valid. He also took the time to answer any queries I had before ending the appointment. All in all, a very good experience.
